Your organization retains ownership of the case data it enters. MediCase processes that data to provide the service in line with your agreement and our Privacy Policy.
No professional advice
MediCase provides workflow software and assistive AI features. It does not provide medical, clinical, legal, or claims-adjudication advice, and outputs must be reviewed by qualified personnel.
Availability and changes
We may update features, these terms, or the site over time. Material platform changes are communicated to customers under the terms of their agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediCase is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the platform, subject to the terms of your written agreement.
